AMAZONIA, 2024/present

I made most of these works while spending time volunteering at Aya Madre Healing Center, located in the Peruvian Amazon. Since 2024, I’ve been a student under Maestra Estela Pangoza, who leads this center, and I travel to Peru often. I made these works while in Dieta - a term used  in the Shipibo culture to designate a period of time in isolation alongside the consumption of Master Plants. These works lightly depict my surroundings at the time and were deeply significant for me to process my retreat in the jungle.
